+ New submission policy

Due to the massive support of the Swami universe and the high volume of submissions we no longer are able to accept certain formats. Please send only CD's or email MP3's. When submitting MP3's, send them as attachments and not as links to myspace or other websites. If you have a website send a link to that as well. I am often very behind on listening to the music that comes in, but I am interested in listening to all of it. Please, do not expect an immediate response. I discourage submissions that are based on Swami's inclusion on record label lists. I am uninterested in receiving music from those looking solely for distribution. Please do not send press packets and glossy photos of your band. If you are not familiar with the label, do not submit music. Unfortunately, I get a lot of desperate crap from rock stars in training trying to "make it". Who are these people??
Fortunately, I get a surprisingly amount of cool, personal stuff as well and I really appreciate having the opportunity to check it out.
